As a Baptist Church, we are congregationally governed by our members, who appoint our leadership team. The leadership team is normally made up of a pastor, elders and ministry leaders, who work together to see our vision and values realised.

The pastors and elders together are responsible for the overall governance, spiritual oversight, discipline, shepherding, teaching and direction of the church. Ministry Leaders are part of the Leadership Team and have more focused responsibility for particular areas of church life.
